Zen Center of Spokane Retreats

Twice a year, in the spring and fall, we hold three-day retreats at Kairos House of Prayer, approximately 30 minutes north of downtown Spokane. The schedule includes zazen (formal meditation practice), samu (work periods), kinhin (walking meditation), and teisho (talks by the teacher).

June 6-9, 2013 (with the option of 5-9) Golden Wind Retreat (downloadable pdf file )

September 2013 Study Retreat with sister Sangha in Palouse (no date yet)
