IIn place of Book Study this month, sangha member Jeff Bass will present on the lore and history of the Japanese tea ceremony, called Chado (the “Way of Tea”). Jeff is studying this Zen art with a tea-ceremony master in Seattle and will demonstrate the “furo usucha temae,”  a common seasonal ceremony of the Urasenke tea school.
